Please read all the information below carefully before placing an order.
Delivery / Postage Information
All deliveries will be made within 48 hours (two working days) of your order confirmation, so long as the order is placed before 12 noon that day, orders received thereafter will be classed as the following day. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once the goods have delivered.
Unfortunately we are unable to give you a specific delivery time and a signature is required for all deliveries as goods cannot be left at the back door etc.
Damages/shortages must be notified within 5 working days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
After 2 failed delivery attempts the goods may be returned to CouchRolls.co.uk by the courier. If this is so you will be responsible for the associated delivery and return costs.
Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully-insured courier service, within normal business hours.
Returns
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less carriage costs.
If you have ordered the wrong product, it will be at your expense to return these goods to us. They need to be returned in the same packaging and in a resalable condition or you will be charge for the products.
If you receive any damaged or defective goods these will be replaced free of charge. If they are found not to be defective or damaged you will be charged for those goods.
If you have received a discounted rate on your order and you return goods that will take you below that discount rate you will then be charged the difference.
This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
VAT
Prices displayed are exclusive of VAT and will be charged at 17.5% on all orders.

We accept all major Credit / Debit cards with all payments being made via our secure Protx server.
Credit Card Security
Couchrolls.co.uk uses Protx as our Payment Service Provider, it is their top priority to ensure that transaction data is kept secure at all times.
Transaction security
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage
Once on the Protx systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Links to banks
Protx has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
Employee access
No individuals within Protx are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Protx systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
